  • 2 cups strawberries (quartered)
  • 2 cups rhubarb (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until well coated and pour into the prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and blend until clumps form. Sprinkle over the fruit filling.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
