  • 4 Flour tortillas (6 inches)
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil (vegetable, canola, or avocado)
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • Dill pickle chips
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Portion the ground beef into four equal amounts.
  2. Spread one portion of ground beef evenly over a tortilla.
