Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 12 ounces spaghetti or linguine
- 1 cup low-moisture mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
