Ingredients
- 8 ounces imitation crab meat (flaked or sliced)
- 8 ounces raw shrimp (51–60 count)
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 3 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by boiling salted water with a quartered lemon. Cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes until pink and opaque. Transfer to ice water to stop cooking.
- Drain the shrimp and pat dry. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, imitation crab, celery, red onion, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and dill. Toss until well-coated.
- Garnish with extra dill before serving. Chill for at least 30 minutes if desired.
