  • ½ pound deli sliced smoked roasted turkey
  • ½ pound hand grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 stick salted butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking dish (9×13-inch) with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the Sweet Hawaiian rolls horizontally as one unit and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham, turkey, and Gruyère cheese over the rolls.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth. Pour half over layered ingredients.
