Ingredients
- 6 ears corn (husked)

- 1–2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
- ¼ – â…“ cup cotija cheese (crumbled)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- Sea salt
- 2 limes (juiced)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush husked corn with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Wrap each ear tightly in foil and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
