Ingredients
- 3 cups raspberries (mashed)
- 5 ripe peaches (peeled, chopped & mashed)
- 1.75 ounces premium fruit pectin
- 4 cups white sugar
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine mashed raspberries and peaches until well blended.
- Stir in the fruit pectin until evenly distributed.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3–4 minutes.
- Add sugar gradually, stirring continuously until fully dissolved. Boil for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes, skimming off any foam.
- Pour the jam into clean jars, leaving 1/2 inch of space at the top. Secure with lids.
- Allow jars to sit for 24 hours at room temperature to set. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.
