  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb kielbasa (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a 4-6 quart crockpot, combine 3 cups chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  3. Approximately 30 minutes before cooking is complete, warm the cream cheese with the remaining chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Stir the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions if desired.
