  • 12 oz small pasta noodles
  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz thick-cut bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cooks, prepare the peas and crumble the cooked bacon.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, bacon, and parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing over the top and mix until well coated.
