Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ounce packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 2½ cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 12 ounces cooked crumbled bacon
- 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 12 count package sweet Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Melt cream cheese in a large stock pot over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
- Add ranch seasoning, onion powder, and black pepper; stir to combine.
- Mix in green onion, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until fully blended.
- Place bottom halves of Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly over them.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and place top halves of rolls on top.
- Brush melted butter over the top rolls and sprinkle with parmesan and chives.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
