  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • avocado, sliced
  • 8 6-inch tortillas (corn or flour)

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook shrimp for about 90 seconds on each side until opaque.
  3. Reduce heat, add butter, lime zest, lime juice, and honey; toss to coat shrimp in sauce.
  4. In a bowl, mix cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt for the slaw.
  5. Warm tortillas; assemble tacos with slaw, shrimp, avocado slices, and additional toppings.
