  • 68 oz pasta (cellentani, penne, or bowtie)
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce (sliced)
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, dill, and garlic powder; cook in a greased skillet over medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
  3. For the dressing, blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and water in a food processor until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, sliced romaine, parmesan cheese, diced chicken, and three quarters of the dressing; toss well.
  5. Top with croutons before serving.
