Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, and anchovy paste until smooth. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and set aside.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta until al dente (about 10 minutes), then drain and transfer to a large serving bowl.
  3. Cut romaine into 1-inch pieces and add to the pasta along with shredded chicken.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until evenly coated.
