  • 24 oz baby potato medley
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Chop potatoes and broccoli; slice sausages into rounds.
  3. Toss potatoes and carrots in olive oil and seasonings; spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Prepare broccoli with olive oil and seasonings; add to the pan after 20 minutes.
  5. Roast everything together for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Add sliced chicken sausage; roast for another 20 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup; mix gently and roast for a final 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and serve.
