  • 21 ounces cherry pie filling
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oil by filling a heavy-bottomed saucepan halfway with vegetable oil and heating it to 325°F.
  2. Separate each biscuit into two halves and flatten them gently without rolling too thin.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling in the center of each biscuit circle.
  4. Pinch the edges tightly to seal, then shape them into balls.
