  • 2 lbs chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 23 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat and lightly coat it with oil.
  2. Add the cubed potatoes to one side of the grill and cook for about 15 minutes until golden, flipping occasionally.
  3. On the other side, cook bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Flip the potatoes, adding more oil if necessary.
  5. Place cubed chicken on the grill in the rendered bacon grease. Season with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Combine chicken and potatoes in one section of the grill, top with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon, allowing it to melt before serving hot.
