Ingredients
- 2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Peel (if desired) and cut apples into fry-like sticks. Pat dry with paper towels.
